145-149 Cardigan Rd, Leeds, LS6 1LJ
Left Bank Leeds is a multidisciplinary arts venue in
a beautiful Grade II* Listed former church building
in the Headingley / Hyde Park area of Leeds.
As a listed building, Left Bank struggles to get permission for major modifications, so it is not fully accessible. There are two steps at the front of the building, which will have an access ramp on the day of the zine fair. Once inside, over 90% of the area is level, including all the workshops, live printing, films, bar and the majority of the stalls. There are several steps up to the old choir/altar area which will have a few stalls.
The building has toilets, but not a wheelchair accessible one. We have hired the use of the toilets Cardigan Centre, the community centre next door, which is reached by a step-free path and has a fully accessible toilet.
